Top 20 Home Tours of All Time: #7 A Beloved Family Home in Washington, D.C.

by Grace Bonney

I was so excited to see this home tour pop up in our Top 20 of All Time list, because it gives me a chance to shout out the talented and kind Ibie Falcusan, who has been an internet friend of both mine and Julia’s for a while. I first met Ibie (who is an aerospace attorney and expert flower arranger!) way back when, during the Design*Sponge at Home book tour in 2011 when she had just had her beautiful baby, Jude. I got to hold him when he was itty bitty and getting to see him all grown up and a part of this home tour was such a joy. Ibie and her family have now moved to a gorgeous new home in Arizona, but today we’re revisiting their old home in D.C., which was a huge hit with our community. Enjoy! xo, Grace
