Day 3: Pattern Downloads by Marina Dunbar

by Caitlin Kelch

It’s already Day 3 of our week’s worth of free pattern downloads by Marina Dunbar. I love the way this pattern flits back and forth between a deep sea creature feel to a feathery presence and then back to a tropical leaf motif. The finished product is all courtesy of free-flowing paints and Marina’s purposeful techniques of bending, twisting and manipulating her backgrounds to create one-of-a-kind pieces. If you missed Marina’s Day 1 and Day 2 patterns, be sure to check them out and take a peek at her studio tour on D*S right here.

You can download today’s patterns here (vertical) and here (horizontal). Please note these are for personal use only!
