18 Patios, Porches and Sunrooms Made for Summer

Share It

My favorite season is summer – even when it’s so incredibly hot. I just love it. For me, winters come too soon and stay way too long. To make the most of this time of year, I do my best to scout out any and every sunny space nearby where I can spend the warmer months. The gorgeous outside spaces from past D*S home tours are inspiring, so we collected some of the best patios, porches and sunrooms to keep summertime going as long as possible. –Lauren

Aww! Reminder that I still need to get my act together on our balcony decor. And summer is near over :-\ !!!

    Hello,

the link “This 1890s home” seems to be incorrect, as this backyard looks to be in Brooklyn, not Upstate, NY.
    Curious to see entire home.

    Thanks

  3. Another great compilation you got here Lauren, but what I love the most is the French Terrace and the Spanish Space. Have a great summer Lauren!

  4. This design is spectacular! You certainly know how to keep a
reader amused. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my
own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Excellent job. I really
loved what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it.
    Too cool!
