16 Stunning Smoky Glass Designs

Smoky glass and Lucite can have such 70s feel. But in the hands of some talented contemporary designers, it’s making a decidedly modern comeback. I’ve been coveting some vintage smoky glass wine glasses on Etsy for a week or two, but decided to let them go today (I hope someone buys them- they’re too pretty to pass up) and combine them with a mix of 15 beautiful smoky glass and plastic pieces. From a chic contemporary smoky Lucite clutch to vintage smoky glass tumblers, there’s a little something here for anyone looking to try the look. I think a little dash of smoky glass, done in a simple way (without a lot of gold detailing) can feel so wonderfully modern and different. xo, grace
