Gabriel Sutton

I couldn’t resist starting a little bit ahead of schedule today because I’m obsessing over this gorgeous cabinet designed by Gabriel Sutton. Based in Maine, Gabriel makes and designs a wide range of furniture, from dressers and beds to cabinets and tables. I saw this contrasting chevron and immediately started drafting a post. It’s just so pretty. I thought it would be a nice bit of eye candy to get the day started on the right foot. Click here to check out more of Gabriel’s work online. xo, grace

Love this credenza. It’s so interesting how it is open on the majority of it. The wood panel that covers some of it is really beautiful with its chevron pattern.

After reading this post in April I contacted Gabriel and commissioned him to create a custom walnut credenza for my dining room. He is based in Maine I’m in NY, it was a bit anxiety producing for me not being able to ” see” the product I was asking for but I could tell his craftsmanship was stellar.
I received my credenza yesterday and it is spectacular …I LOVE it. Thank you for the article that made me aware of him and thank you Gabe for your talents!
