2012 Gift Guides: $50 and under

Whew! It’s been a long week of gift guides! And there are many more next week, but we’re wrapping things up this week with 50 gifts under $50. I love the idea of pairing many of these gifts with a little something special, like gifting a tray with homemade cookies, giving the nail polish set with a gift certificate for a manicure, pairing a mug with your favorite tea or coffee or giving bookends along with a favorite book. A little personalization can go the extra mile toward making someone really feel loved and appreciated. (Oh! And we have a lot of gift ideas that, for whatever reason, didn’t make the final cut for the post, so we’ve created a little Gift Guide Outtakes board on Pinterest to handle the overflow. Be sure to check that out for more ideas!) — Amy Azzarito

LOVE the mini espresso maker. Super cute. What do you guys think of a set of travel guides along the same lines? I just bought a set that takes you on a tour of the best indie coffee shops and cafes in NYC and LA. They are called Writer’s Retreat New York City and Writer’s Retreat Los Angeles, travel guides for writers, bloggers and students. Really cute artwork.

  10. Great info. Lucky me I recently found your website by accident (stumbleupon).
I have saved as a favorite for later!
