Woodgrain Tea Cup

Try as I might, I just can’t make myself a tea lover. I enjoy a giant glass of iced tea like any good southerner, but when it comes to hot tea, I just can’t seem to find my groove. But I’ve decided that doesn’t mean I can’t still use tea accessories for other purposes. I’ve always loved Japanese tea sets, and this woodgrain style at Leif would be perfect for juices, hot cider or anything else you might want in a slightly smaller (7 oz.) quantity. I really love the glaze color and style — that organic feel grabs me every time. If you’re interested in picking up a cup or two, you can check them out in more detail and order online ($12 each, microwave and dishwasher safe) right here. xo, grace

Harney & Sons – Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea, it is the gateway tea.

Love this little cup!

Beautiful! It took me a long time to become a tea lover too. But a great mug and a great tea made all the difference for me. Strange, I know, but Aveda makes an out of this world tea.

Have you tried brewing strong black tea and drinking it like coffee with cream and sugar?

Come to England Grace! The English are renowned tea-makers. You’re welcome to stay with me, & we’ll send you back a tea-lover ;) P.s – I do prefer an iced tea or coffee though…!
