I’ve never been much of a minimalist, but this coat stand is really working for me. Designed by Leonhard Pfeifer, this Eigen coat stand is made of solid oak and feels as if it’s moving up steps as you walk around it. I usually prefer wall racks for coats and accessories, but if I ever make the switch to standing racks, this guy would be great. Click here to read more about Leonhard’s furniture online. xo, grace
*I can’t help wanting to dip the legs of this stand in some sort of graduated coral-colored material. Rubber maybe?

Speaking from experience, there aren’t alot of good-looking coatracks out there. It’s good to see that some exist. And dipping the legs would definitely crank it up a notch!
I like this, but not as a coatrack. I would like to use a few in the garden to support vines.
What is nice with this is that everybody can do it AND you can also use it at a room divider!
Usual or regular coatracks are not nice because they look like coatracks.
I have done some with pipes and pressure gauges and another one you fix on the wall that look like a climbing wall, using the grips to put caps, scarfes and coats.
