I love it when talented designers team up to create something special. This series of tea towels and recipe cards ($38 for the set) was a joint effort from designers Leah Duncan and Sarah Wymer of Studio Slomo. Leah and Sarah chose a pattern with a southwestern feel (a nod to their roots) and a coordinating pink/yellow/gray/indigo color palette to unite the two designs. You can check out the collaboration pieces right here (and shop online), as well as the additional pieces below, which I love, from Sarah and Leah’s solo shops.

Sarah’s snowflake cards are beautiful, and Leah’s 2012 floral and geometric wall calendars are lovely. Both would be great for the holidays. Stay tuned for more gift ideas at 1pm today. And if you’re looking for some non-buying gift ideas, click here to check out yesterday’s “skip the stores, use your hands” post. xo, grace

I love this! Leah Duncan is one of my idols. I love her designs and she always makes timeless pieces that I could love forever. Thanks for sharing!
These are beautiful. Love this collaboration!
I was lucky enough to see all of Studio Slomo and Leah Duncan’s work this weekend at the Renegade Craft Fair in Austin, and it’s even better in person. Sarah’s designs and printing is impeccable, and Leah’s work is always just right. I picked up a 2012 calendar and some cards for gifts, but am tempted to keep them for myself.
Love Leah’s work. Adorable.
I know where I’m getting my 2012 calendar…can’t pass up that pretty floral design!
Love the recipe cards. I have so much electronically now, but I really want to keep my favorites written on cards as beautiful as these.
Those prints are beautiful. This would make a great gift idea. Thanks for sharing!
Hooray for Austin artists! These are adorable, as is all of their work. Way to be, ladies! xo
