Good morning, guys! Today is a little surreal for me because . . . Design*Sponge at Home is officially out! I’m going to share one final sneak peek inside the book today at 1pm, but until then, I wanted to start off with something that looks as happy as I’m feeling. These colorful new pieces are part of Charlotte Swiden’s new collection. Originally from Sweden, Charlotte relocated to Melbourne, Australia, where she runs her own design studio (you can get a sneak peek of her home here). Her new collection, Tivolivat, is a playful spin on the Swedish words for a “fun park” and “lively.” The pillows, artwork and wooden decorations straddle the line between adult and child perfectly for me — I could see these being right at home in a grown-up living room or a colorful child’s space.
