new: shop terrain site

by Grace Bonney

It’s no secret that I’m a total Terrain fanatic. It’s my favorite day-trip from the city, and I love sitting in their greenhouse cafe and pretending it’s my own private living room. I’m so excited to have our first Philly book tour event there next month, and even more excited to share some of their newly launched website and a little Design*Sponge-selects section of the site.

As part of their re-launch, Terrain created a “Favorites Files” section where visitors and guests like us can curate our own selection of Terrain objects. Amy and I picked through the new collection of shop goodies and chose our favorites and are sooo excited to announce that these items will be raffled off (with the proceeds going to charity) at our book tour event next month. So if you like what you see, you can join us at the book party for a chance to win. And if you can’t attend, Terrain is extending a 15% discount to all D*S readers — just use the promo code “DESIGNSPONGE” when you check out.

Congrats to Terrain on their beautiful new site. xo, grace

  • Terrain is EVERYWHERE now! I’m so excited, I live in Philadelphia and I’m going there for dinner tomorrow night! (Styer’s Garden Cafe, that is, attached to Terrain) I only just discovered it after living here for five years! My only regret is that I’m getting married soon and I didn’t discover it in time to book it as our venue :( Thanks for running the feature, it is a fantastic little place!
