This beautiful digital clock was inspired by Furoshiki, Japanese wrapping cloth. Creatd by designer Shiping Toohey in New Zealand, the F.O.clock was designed to be “folded” and “unfolded” to reveal an internal ribbing structure that acts as an internal pattern. I love the idea of interactive design like this- and while the clock is clearly most functional when it’s folded together, I still love that it unfolds to reveal something beautiful inside. Beautiful!
Are they in production? Where can I get one?
Wow, that’s so neat.
Looking for a store that carries it, but it seems to just be a design model? Anyone else figure out the store for this?
