Last weekend I got a great tour of Alberta street in from Jen of Honey Kennedy. She took me into a fantastic gallery called the Together Gallery and I was instantly transported back to some of my favorite San Francisco spots that combine skate culture with great art. Together is currently showing some really strong work from local artist Meg Adamson that made me stop, think and stare for quite a while. I loved how intricate the lines were up close and the gorgeous range of colors she used. Meg’s show will be up at Together Gallery through July 24th if you’re in town, but you can check out her pieces online right here or her personal site here. -grace

ooooh, I like like like :)
These are stunning. Are they watercolor or colored pencil?
lovely!
Such lovely art! Beautiful.
these are gorgeous! i think i really have to have one.
the talent is evident and the work beautiful. the appropriation of native culture is gross. the installations on the artists site as particularly concerning. yes, it’s possible that the artist is native, but her bio, which contains many sentences regarding her inspiration, doesn’t mention her cultural heritage as a source.
