Nina Gotlieb built her house from scratch and wow — I can honestly say that she built my dream home! Her goal was to create a simple, modern and crisp space. There are so many inspiring ideas in Nina’s guestroom — from the luggage racks to the terrarium and the crate shelves. The subtle and natural color palette blends wonderfully with the minimalist style. Waking up in this room would be such a joy, don’t you think?! Check out the rest of this amazing house in the original sneak peek. — Lauren

how did that carpet get over looked?? loving this look!
Any chance we could learn more about those crates? Were they handmade or bought somewhere? They’d be perfect for organizing my craft/sewing area! Thanks!
They seem like fruit crates, definitely a cheap and gorgeous idea!
love this room! the fruit crates are awesome!
Love it… !
We’re on a similar wave length today Lauren… :)

love the shelves and color palette!
This is a phenomenal palette… I just love it.
i’ve been looking for a jute rug like that for years–does anyone know where to find them?
Ditto on the rug. Where did it come from?
beautiful all around but the shelves are great. i love that little cubby of negative space in the centre.
The jute rug is by Roost for Velocity. Unfortunately, it is no longer available. I found one all rolled up and shoved into a corner at the TJ Maxx in Burlington VT. $70!! HUGE SCORE!
I love color, and all this is just wonderful. great inspiration.
For those of you looking for one of these Roost circular jute rugs, I have one for sale right now on craigslist. (http://boulder.craigslist.org/fuo/3274505155.html) Thanks, and good luck!
