it looks like this weekend is calling for rain in brooklyn, so i’m excited to curl up on the couch and watch some good movies. and if i’m going to be spending a lot of time on the couch, i’d like to spend it on this sofa from wisteria. upholstered in a stunning black and white moroccan bridal rug, this wooden frame sofa is calling to me in a big way. if i ever have a real office space outside of the house i am totally putting something like this in it. it’s a bold pattern-explosion that is just begging to be paired with a giant vase of pink peonies. ah, a girl can dream. here’s to a great weekend for everyone filled with huge vases of flowers and lots of great movies. see you monday!

i am so in love with that couch!! what a beaut.
That couch has literally brought me to tears. PMS aside, that’s one stunning piece of furniture!
absolutely love this sofa!!
Nice weekly wrap up!
ah i LOVE that couch! its like the big beautiful embodiment of all these ethnic print dresses im loving, too. ha.
If you had described to me “Hey, I got this antique couch, covered in a black and white squiggly Missoni-type graphic print that’s also kindda Moroccan looking” I’d have politely said. Great! (better you than me). But now that I’ve seen it – I want it. WANT.
It is lovely. Is this a sponsored mention, or just your opinion?

we don’t do sponsored mentions on d*s. never have, never will.

Very nice sofa. I love it.
Thanks for sharing this beautiful couch! I’ve always wanted an office I could place this kind of furniture in, too!

Really It’s Awesome and it’s amazing pattern .. And i love this sofa it’s so beautiful.. Its diamonds are a symbol of unity. And you’ll be “at one” with this settee and its rich, dark hardwood legs also looking good..
Thanks For Sharing..

This sofa is navy and cream, not black and white. I ordered it, but I haven’t received it yet. Since it says each one is unique, I hope it still looks like the photo.
Hello again,
I just wanted to update with a review of Wisteria’s bridal rug sofa, which I received today.
I like the look of this couch, but it is really tiny. The tallest part is about knee high and it is actually more of a love seat. There are no funky smells, and according to Wisteria, no foam or chemicals or plywood, so I bought it because it is healthier than a normal American couch as far as offgassing chemicals, but this is so low to the ground that my other chairs look weird–about a foot taller. Customer Service said it was navy, but it is such a dark navy that it reads as black, and the white is more of a cream. It is a nice couch, but also very nubby, sort of like sitting on macrame.

i’m sorry to hear you don’t like it- are the dimensions and color of the sofa different than what’s listed on the site? to me the colors read as black/cream and the size seemed a bit on the petite side. but man, knee height sounds so short!
