dan funderburgh

i’m gonna keep it real: i have a major art-crush on dan funderburgh. just about everything he produces makes me smile and wish i could do what he does with pattern. dan is part of a group design show, public works 2, in chicago. along with sonnenzimmer, seripop, and mike perry, dan will be showing work that examines the space between fine art and commercial design. the show starts august 6th and runs through september 3rd, so if you’re in town be sure to stop by and enjoy the artwork, rotating cast of DJs, and a night of speakers on august 13th. click here for more info on the show and schedule. thanks, kamil!

You should also check out Dan’s incredibly talented sister, Eva, who creates “beasts” in ceramic.

    Crazy talented family.
