carrie bobo: peaches & pinks

i’ve talked about carrie bobo‘s monoprints before, but today i wanted to take a quick visual time out to bask in these soft peaches, greens, and pinks used in paintings that were part of her recent show at the fxfowle gallery in nyc. the colors remind of a late afternoon drive through the country. living in the city i often feel the need for a little mental vacation and these paintings from carrie do just that for me. click here to see more of carrie’s work.
