i love banquet‘s prints- they’re always so colorful and full of life. after the success of their sea animals print (of which banquet just released another edition), banquet has now introduced a beautiful new “northern friends” print ($60), which is a collection of some of their favorite animals living the far north. each print lists 20 animals along with fun facts about each one. they’d be perfect for children, but i think i’m going to have to add one to my print collection soon- i rarely meet an animal print i don’t like. click here to check out and shop banquet’s prints online. thanks for sharing, sarah!

miss grace, we have a shared love of animal prints :) i fell in love with banquet’s sea animals print when i first laid eyes on it too and their northern friends is equally fantastic!
one of my other favorites is rifle paper’s animal chart print. it is charm defined :)

These are really nice prints by Banquet. I love the idea of mixing art with the facts about the animals. I find that the use of color is what attracts me to these prints. The contrast of the grey and white, helps to make the animals stand out on the print and make the writing clear at the same time. This is great as it doesn’t become hard to read.
what kind of plant is that in the first print-(20 Northern Friends)? It’s absolutely lovely. Thanks

it’s called a pencil cactus, but is actually a kind of euphorbia. one of my favourites!
