today amy and i are shopping around terrain so i should probably step away from my phone and laptop and focus on green-things. before i sign off for the weekend, i wanted to share some gorgeous new pieces from canvas, like these colorful felt cushions ($150), cedar boards and bowls ($50-$250 each), black plaster lamp ($350), and earthenware ($180) and lemonwood bowls ($20). i really love the handmade/rustic feel of everything, but love how clean and simple the shapes are. you can check out the canvas site for information, or order/purchase canvas products at the ochre store in nyc (462 broome street/ 212-414-4332).

Terrain is AMAZING, I used to live down the street and miss it to pieces…such an inspiring place that always left me with fresh ideas not only for interiors but the garden too. It’s the best spot to pretend it’s spring during the long winter. Oh I miss you Terrain at Styers, I must make a trip to see you soon :)
Since it isn’t noted anywhere, the round felt cushions are made by Muskhane (www.muskhane.com) in Nepal. VoilĂ ….
The black lamp is lovely (though it looks a little like a WWII artillery shell).
So many great images and links! Very nice… especially enjoyed the vegan wonton article.
i love these felt cushions!
those felted cushions… :::
Wow, i can feel the warmth of those cushions and the finishing of the table lamp is awesome.
Those felt cushions look so homey and relaxing!
I wish they were more affordable.
i love these colour combination!
I love everything on this page. The cushions are gorgeous and so innovative, the seashell? bowls alongside the boards are divine and I just adore that lamp.
Love the simplicity yet classy! Very seldom does designers achieve that principle nowadays.
I am in love with the round felt cushions! Does anyone have an opinion if they would look ok on a table and bench set (lax series by MASH studios – http://www.laxseries.com/product_dining_1.html)
My husband thinks they won’t look ok because they are 16 inches and the benches are 14 inches wide. I’m think it wouldn’t be a problem?!
