This is an AWESOME case! Just got a 15.4" MBP and HAD to get this :-) Feel it still needs some additional protection inside though and haven't yet resolved this (incipio feather not yet changed for new MBP and don't like the shine of the Invisible Shield) - maybe just a neoprene something or other. It IS the COOLEST object EVER though, <3 the irony of it, Macbook in Book etc... BUY!

liz

i had every virus software known to man but it didn't stop them. i was a diehard pc-girl but eventually had to call it a day. but i don't walk around talking about how awesome macs are now- i've had a few issues with my new laptop so i'm not 100% sold, but it's great not to worry about viruses as much.

Awh! These are amazing! But why would they hurt themselves by only selling them for macs? Most people (like myself) use pc's because they are MUCH less expensive and work just as well (if you know what computer to pick).

PS: Grace, did you have any virus protection on your old computer? (I mean besides Norton or Mcafee, both are useless) It's sad that you had to switch over to mac because of that! There are plenty of really nice free antivirus software programs available. I personally had many close calls, but thanks to Avira, they've all been handled instantly.

Wow, I had to use a lot of restraint in this post. I really dislike macs! :(

My red Bookbook just arrived today and it has such a rich smell of leather and vintage look with distressed gold lettering and lines. It fits my new Macbook Pro 13" snugly. The plastic zippers are fine and I don't expect them to scratch. I do love the zipper pulls. The covers are very rigid and will totally protect my MBP. You won't be disappointed with the uber-stylish function. It seems very well made, hooray, in the USA, and the edge seams are sewn very neatly. The only drawback is that the top cover can't open any further than 90 degrees so I will have to play with the angle for typing. All in all, I'm very happy.
