sanna annukka + office organization

archipelago
it’s finally friday (hooray!) and i’m excited to wrap up what’s felt like a seriously long week with some beautiful new prints from sanna annukka (via emmas designblogg). sanna’s new ‘archipelago’ silk screen print is a beautiful addition to her existing collection. i love the long format and the orangey reds she’s using in this piece- i have the same color in my kitchen and i can definitely think of a place to put this in my home. it’s probably a little late for a christmas wish, but i think this might be worth starting a little saving fund for. click here to check out sanna’s print and shop online.

OFFICE-CHALKBOARDWALL

I just love that calendar. I think I’ve seen it before and every time I want to go home and just paint an entire wall with the chalk board paint. So cool :)

Really like the “wall calendar”
The space is really warm and inviting.

Really like the “wall calendar”
The space is really warm and inviting. It almost makes me want to sit down and start paying my bills!

This is, without a doubt, my dream office. Also, the use of chalkboard paint is very creative, not to mention handy!

this is very timely for me…my goal for next year is to make my home office much more organized and inspiring.

I love this! The calendar is a brilliant idea for a visually oriented, but generally disorganized person like myself. My only complaint was that the calendar would be erased every month with no written record of what took place the month before, but then it dawned on me: one digital photograph and files saved on the computer resolve that problem. Then I liked the idea of erasing the slate clean and starting fresh every 30/31 days. It’s a beautiful and creative way to stay diciplined with one’s schedule. The vintage looking phone completes the asthetic.
