I just want to add that the cultural renaissance in Iowa isn&#039;t just happening in Des Moines.  A lot of small towns are getting in on the act, too.  We have a population of around 3000 and we have an arts council, a puppet theater, a film festival, a county fair, and an amazing amount of restaurants for the size of the town, and we&#039;re just getting going.  I know this is happening all across the state.  It&#039;s about time &quot;rural&quot; and &quot;cultural&quot; went hand in hand.</description>
