The only Moroccan elements that I can discern are the traditional cookie favors and the tea/drink cups. The cake design looks much more South Asian than Northern African. The tablescape overall looks like a modern interpretation of generalized "Eastern" design. It's very beautiful, but I think calling it Moroccan is a stretch.
