		<description>Oh, my, the faux Italianate side tables from Courtney were my bedroom set! Talk about a proustian moment, I saw it and almost cried. We had a dresser in our bedroom in our barn in Brookville, Long Island, but last I knew it was in my brother&#039;s barn upstate.. lovely job, Courtney!</description>

		<description>I did something similar with a retro desk of mine. I refinished the wood on the top of the desk and painted a white strip all around the edge. I love the way refinished wood can look mixed with a bit of paint. It can make a piece of furniture so interesting. Love it.</description>
