i always wish i had an endless fund for traveling that would let me jump from city to city and country to country to check out all of the great design shows every year. but thankfully artist paola serrao of rephilosophy (who created our milan design guide), offered to share some of her images from the show. i’ve chosen my favorites above and below, but you can click here to see paola’s full set with descriptions. thanks, paola!

What a great round-up! By the way, Paola Serrao’s work is amazing so, if you haven’t yet checked out her Etsy wares, do yourself a favor and take a peek! I featured Paola’s illustrations on my blog about a year ago, and I’m still smitten with them now.
i saw them live!!

Love this post! The lounge chair is TOO fabulous. This need to be in my life (designs from the zona tortona district). Also the coats are so chic. Thanks for this post. So glad to see these pics – I am going to check Paola out on Etsy right now.
fabulous…all of it. from caps to candle holders.
2nd picture…The hat in the middle uses the exact same fabric as the ottomans in Kohl’s dressing rooms.. ha…
oh my! Those hats are amazing! Sometimes I wish I was born in a different era so I could get away with wearing hats :)

Great finds.
I love the red floor lamp from the zona tortona district!!
I love when form follows function. The book shelves are definitely a stand-alone sculpture. Brilliant !
