I thought my last day here at D’s it would be fun to bring some affordable summer art. I love art, and love finding pieces to freshen up a space. I think it’s a great way to change things for the season, like a new cushion or throw, switching up the art (especially if it’s affordable art), is a fun and easy way to inject new life into a room. So with spring/summer upon us, I found some seasonal pieces I hope you’ll like or be inspired by. All but one item here is listed under $100. From the top: Dungeness Dwellings giclee print from Leah Giberson, $30; Pink Day print from Kiki and Polly, $20; A Day at the Beach, Mary’s Granddaughter, $65. -Jan of Poppytalk
Love Letters, Chez Sucre Chez, $80; A Day at the Beach, Vivienne Strauss, $450
Swimmer Gocco Print, Kate Pugsley, $20.
Now That You Feel Print, Michele Maule, $20; Swimming at the Grand- Signed Fine Art Photograph, Alicia Bock, $59
Caravan series one, giclee print from Leah Giberson, $30
A HUGE thank you to Grace for hosting me here this week, and to Janis Nicolay who supplied me with the contacts and most of the beautiful photos for Stephanie and Darci’s homes from The Cross, to Meg Crossley and Sarah Hartill of Canadian House and Home for sharing their spaces and to everyone that stopped by and commented! It’s been fun!
Best!
