I know its a tall order in the city of southern cooking, but thought it would be worth asking! Thank you for such an amazing guide! We found a old dairy plantation really close to the historic district. The venue was called the mackey house. It was perfect. The city was so beautiful. I can't wait to return. I came across this website that rents beautiful, renovated historic homes for very reasonable prices. they seem to vary in size (sleeping anywhere from 2 to 22).
