The paper pendant is about 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" on the bottom tapering to about 3/4" x 3/4" inch at the top. They are definately wearable and not uncomfortable - I would sumbit a photo to show you how they look on, but I'm not sure if I am able to do that. Obviously, the paper pendant has some durability issues, but I think of it more as "special" occasion art jewelry. Answers to some of the questions:
