oh why isn’t my closet big enough for these coat racks? designed by lincoln kayiwa (a 2007 graduate of the university of art and design in helsinki), the dino coat is reminiscent of dinosaur skeletons that fit together to create an ordered shape. additionally- kayiwa’s system has “cartilage” between each hanger to keep them from banging together. my closet is too narrow for these, but if you’re blessed with a full sized closet (or want something cool to look at in your company’s closet) be sure to check out kayiwa’s dino coat rack. click here for more information.

From the headline, I thought this was going to be a DIY project similar to the coat rack with baby doll hands, except with dinosaur heads/parts! This is much more grown up than that, though.
Awesome idea….. very cool. But completely conceptual. That is a computer rendering not a photo. And it’s easy to create cool things with no budget and when it’s conceptual.
