amazing talent!
Way cool! I could totally see these as room dividers (like in a dorm, or shared teen/kid, or even to separate an apartment or first floor space into more distinct functional areas, like dining or music or study).
this is incredible! my husband and i will be in milwaukee on the 20th. i hope it’s still up then. this is just so inspiring. beautiful work amy!
Wow! Is that paper or fabric? I love it either way.

So beautiful! Reminds me of making “snowflakes” out of coffee filters as a kid
=)
I used to work at the Baltimore Museum of Art and we featured an artist who did similar work and it was all hand cut. Every single cut. They are beautiful in person and make my hands cramp just thinking about all of work that goes into them. Lovely!
okay. i’m a dork. please tell me what i am seeing. animals? clouds? landscape? eek!
whatever it is. it’s cool lookin’.

Beautiful work! It’s official: paper is my new favorite medium.

Last year I was able to meet a Brazilian designer who made an incredible work on paper to the Sao Paulo fashion weeek. his name is Jum Nakao (http://www.jumnakao.com.br/) and the name of this work is ” a costura do invisivel ” I hope you like it, I think Magic. (sorry, my English is not very good)
That is so breath-taking! I love the textures and the 3-D qualities!
wow! thanks so much everyone!
they are all made from cut paper, each cut by hand and most of it was rolled up so I couldn’t really see what the pattern before or after was – sort of like blind drawing but with an exacto knife. i would love to make more!
Oh, wow! This is absolutely stunning!!! I wish I could see it in person.
I live right across the street from the Milwaukee Urban Outfitters! Can’t wait to stop by today and see it! Amy, these are GORGEOUS. Why not just hop across the street and do some for my apartment? :)
