ac and i registered at heath this weekend and i’ve been trying to think of other things we might need around the house. bedding is a pretty traditional choice so i’ve been trying to think of great independent companies to support rather than going the traditional macys or target route. these new linens are from LA-based designer jill sanford burrows and are made from 100% egyptian cotton percale. all four styles showcase a very modern, minimal embroidered design that’s just enough to add some interest but not too much to distract from other patterns in the room. you can browse (and buy) sanford burrows bedding right here or click here to find a retailer. [thanks, molly!]

Forgive me if I’m just missing it, but where, oh where can I get that lamp? Is it from Heath as well? TY!

the lamp was used in sanford burrows’ styling shot so it’s not a heath or sanford piece. but it looks like a pretty standard mercury glass lamp- i know crate and barrel, pottery barn and west elm usually carry a few like this :)

The bed linens are hot. Now pick up that mess on the floor next to the bed – it really looks trashy honestly. Even a dated floating shelf would be better.
that lamp is great kelly
Mmm, that bed looks so pretty and so comfy…
Love the duvet and shams. This is the kind of thing I always mean to do with my own linens and never get around to.
Wedding tip for you!! My husband and I registered at a website called http://www.myregistry.com. It allows you to choose items from ANY website. I was able to register for items from Etsy, Perch, Jonathan Adler, REI- anywhere! You can even upload photos of items from local stores! It’s a great deflater to the corporate monopoly on the registry business and helps spread the registry love on many retailers instead of 1. Check it out! Enjoy!
I was just in San Francisco, and I visited the Heath factory/shop. It was so cool, but I didn’t know they had housewares. I love that duvet too!

just to clarify- these linens are from sanford burrows, not heath. we registered at heath for dishware, not linens ;)

the lamp looks like one that I bought at Pier 1 over a year ago. It was called the “mirrored table lamp”.
