WOW! What an awesome final product!
Excellent work Rosemary! This chair looks beautiful. You found a fabric that works so well with the shape and style of the chair.
I have often thought of refinishing salvaged chairs, but {as an allergy sufferer} have always balked at the issue of old cushions. Did you replace/wash/have professionally cleaned the cushions? Do you have any recommendations?
wow, that’s my favorite before and after. the fabric is amazing.
nice use of ikea fabric!
now THAT’S a makeover! wow… beautiful job.
lol

i love these makeovers – i don’t care if someone spray painted jar lid – just love ‘em all. i’m so weird.
oops sorry forgot to comment:
love this one too!
Nice work! You make me proud.
AMAZING!
It takes a lot of creative vision to put something like that together and have such a beautiful outcome. Well done!
aw man, you got that for $2? i have been looking for this EXACT chair for months and had to settle for a slightly more lame one for $20 – which i still thought was a good deal. great job, i’m completely jealous!
I have that EXACT chair and plan on doing a similar makeover. Does anyone know what this style of chair is called? I’d love to do a bit of research and see if I can find a mate for the one I already have.
That makeover turned out just marvelous! I love the black with violet/grey and chartreuse
I love it!!! Great job!!!
I love it! That fabric is crazy!
i love it!! how inspirational!! kudos!!
looks super-duper! one idea to think of though, if you have enough fabric, is to make of the fabric in the seat and back go the same direction.
Awesome, nonetheless!
To see where that chair came from and where it ended up is truly inspirational! That fabric is gorgeous as well!
Rosemary – You always have such a great eye for potential “before” and “after” projects at yard sales. You’re my favorite yard sale shopping buddy!
Thanks for all the friendly
/supportive feedback. It inspires me to do more pieces. Thanks again everyone!
