ooh! hard to see this right as we’re about to start looking for our first house… I doubt santa rosa has anything nearly so fabulous, ah well.

Love houses that use such economy of space. I think they’re brilliant and if done well you can forget that it’s small. Love the patio and fencing.
Cool interiors, but as someone who appreciates 19th century architecture, I have to say that the complete disregard for the style of the ajoining properties is disappoining.
