I leave you with a picture of the first thing I bought for Erie Basin‘s inventory: a miniature bronze figure of a preacher. I’m not sure why this was my first purchase, or a purchase at all, but I’ve never put him up for sale. He sits out of sight under one of the store’s display cabinets.

Thanks! Erie Basin is the name of the waterway south of the store… all the waterways around NYC have beautiful (but little used) names.
