i’m heading out early today to meet with one of our new interns! this summer we’re thrilled (and extremely lucky) to be working with two talented fibers students from the savannah college of art and design. they’ll be helping out this summer and adding their voices to the site- in addition to helping with a new series i’ve been wanting to have on the site for years. i’ll be introducing them next week but until then, i’m off to get started on planning our summer project schedule.

and, while i’m gone today there are some big projects going on at home- we’re redoing the living room and kitchen! with the help of carl and russell at repop, the living room and kitchen will be painted, wallpapered (well, just a small portion) and spruced up with some new pieces. i’ll share the full process in a special before & after soon but today the wallpaper goes up! i’ll be back on monday with some fantastic sneak peeks, a new guest blogger and a full day of posts so until then, here’s a summary of this week’s highlights. have a great weekend (and see you at renegade!).
