Hey CB, On a properly designed home, the roof will never need shoveling. Typically, more damage is done to the roof as roof cave ins are extremely rare. This roof will withstand the worst CO can throw at it all the while looking amazing.

But you’d have to shovel off that snow. How many feet of snow can that house handle? What’s the roofing material made of? I’ll have to check out their site. The interior seems so stark and cold. A modern house doesn’t mean people have to get hyper modern in the furnishings. Color and texture is healing.
