Welcome Amy! Greetings from a Portlander now living in Boston. I just had to let you know that my husband recently bought me one of your paintings at a show in Portsmouth. (It's the one with the 2 brown owls sitting on top of 2 buildings.) It is my most prized possession! Thank you for brightening up my little life :)

Way to blog Amy! That story behind Rachel Salomon's house painting is wild. I'm going to remember it all day. Look forward to your next entry!

Thanks Jen!! Welcome to Portland! We are actually out shopping for picnic tables for our patio at the restaurant today. Will be a nice beer garden!
It's the downtown Stumptown (on 3rd) that I was referring to. It's a beautiful space, and my friend Bo designed the wood interior (Made Studio: http://www.made-studio.com/)
