I love those hug old brass safety pins…does anyone know what they were for? I got one at the flea market this weekend and I’m just wondering what use they had.

Its amazing how Red Hook is now cool to live in. When I had graduated Pratt and lived in Park Slope, Red Hook was still very dangerous to live in. I always knew it would change over just as Fort Greene did.

I was so charmed when I went to the Saipua store in Redhook. The couple who own it are so sweet. Everyone has to try the CEEDERWOOD soap. I had to order a huge box of it when I moved back to Canada because I missed it so much!!
