I know that you’re coming to LA for the design, but don’t forget the food! Throw a dart at a world map and you can find authentic food from wherever it hits right here in LA.
If you have any specific cravings, let me know and I would be happy to point you to some of my favorites.
Hi Grace- Just a quick clarification. The event that is happening in Seattle on April 16th at Velocity is part of a new series of monthly events at Velocity called The Lab. It is open to both men and women to help foster a creative dialogue in Seattle. You can read more about in our news section of our website. Special thanks to Paola to help organize these events and to Dry Soda for providing the yummy drinks! Thanks! John
what a great week you have put together grace! thanks for the sneak peeks – that beach house gave me so much fuel I am ready to finish our house!

You’re going at the perfect time to go to the Getty. The garden is a wonderful respite from the eastern winter and it smells wonderful with the chives. :)
How exciting! Good luck to you. I wish I could come too. Some fun in the sun mixed with business sounds fabulous right now.
I just wanted to say that your blog/site is absolutely inspiring.
Beautifully organized and focused.
Thanks for the eye candy!

Thank you Grace and Kirsten, the 1st place winner of the DIY contest. It was lovely to have a taste of Design Sponge on the show!
Reform School is one of my favorite stores in LA! And I’m a huge fan of Tanya Aguiniga too – got to meet her at a craft fair here :)
