		<description>as far as table decor goes... a friend of mine had some wonderful centerpieces.  she had a different vintage item/appliance (typewriter, toaster, etc) on each table and had flowers, moss, etc spilling out of them.  i believe a florist did the arrangements but the bride found all the gadgets.  it was very fun and lovely.</description>

I wanted to share with you an idea from my wedding. I collected colorful cans from Asian food packaging - lychee nuts, beans, etc, and used the cans as vases/centerpieces on each table. They were filled with gorgeous dahlias in tropical colors - fuschia, orange, etc. We picked the dahlias ourselves at a dahlia farm the day before the wedding and paid something like $60 for about 10 dozen! (The flower picking was also a nice wedding photo op.)
Obviously, I have no idea what you&#039;re planning in terms of color scheme, etc, but this was a very personal, lively and inexpensive solution.
