if you have an upper respiratory infection, sore throat or sinus infection, umcka cherry syrup is fantastic!!! it really works + it tastes like a cherry snowcone. i get it at whole foods. it&#039;s derived from a south african plant. you&#039;ll LOVE the results + it has no side effects.</description>
