some days the internet can be an incredible place. after mentioning that i wasn’t able to hit the gift fair like i’d hoped i received more emails than i could even hope for from companies sending over scouting shots of their booths and pictures of their new product lines. thank you! i’ll be sharing some of my favorite this week but i had to start with brooklyn based ceramicists klein reid. james and david developed a gorgeous viscous-y matte glaze that would slowly run and drop in the kiln. applied to their handmade porcelain hawthorne vessels and glazed a beautiful curry yellow and olive color- it’s to die for. you can click here for more info on david and james.
