if there’s one website i like to check religiously its urban outfitters. now i know some people have called them urban counterfeiters, but recently they have been working with some great designers, such as the briliantly talented julia rothman. i like to keep up what urban outfitters think is cool and its a great reflection on current trends. check it out here.

Counterfeiter? Maybe so, but I always get quite a rush from their stuff. I think the pattern above are absolutely amazing. And that bowl.. wow.

Thanks Bowie! I can vouch for UO. I’m not sure how they used to be–but they have put my name on everything I’ve designed for them with a label or printed on the bottom and always credited on their site. They even had plaques in the the stores with bios of all the artists they are working with. Also they give me so much freedom with designing which is so rare when you are working with such a major company.
