I am in the process of planning a wedding and the colors are black and yellow (and I always say, not in a bumblebee sort of way!) and the theme is vintage Adirondack cabin / woods. They actually look great together! I agree, Country Living has really done a great job of updating their magazine and the rooms have a cleaner looker now. You are so correct though - I actually think it is a great magazine. I guess I should just be glad that my Mom passed on her love of design and be more aware that different tastes are a good thing!
