lab partners + sf print

il_fullxfull17845697.jpg
i’ll never forget the first time i went to san francisco- it felt like i was seeing, smelling, tasting and hearing everything again for the first time. having been an east coast girl my whole life i was blown away by the sweeping views of teal-green ocean, steep cliffs, rolling hills and sky-scraper sized trees in the forest. each time we visit i find some new part of the city to fall in love with and on my last trip i really fell hard for the beautiful painted lady row houses. so i was thrilled to see this letterpress san francisco print by lab partners on etsy. the colors are soft and sweet and at only $35 the print would make a wonderful housewarming gift or valentine’s day gift (a v-day card guide is coming up next week). click here for more info and to buy.

i just ordered this print yesterday, and
seeing it on the *sponge gave me a smile at remembering it will soon be on its way to hang on my wall – thanks! :)

sorry, it looks like the print sold out. they sold 9 prints today so i’m guessing you guys bought them all ;)

hopefully they’ll restock soon. i linked to their home page so there wouldn’t be a broken link if an individual print sold.

Thanks so much Grace and everyone! :) This print was so much fun to make and we’re working on doing some more city themed prints. We’ll be putting up some new work over the weekend so we apologize for the empty store. We’ll be restocking the sf print as well, thanks again to Hello!Lucky who did such a fabulous job printing them.

I fell in love with this print and I just received it a few days ago. The details and colors are even more gorgeous up close. So beautiful!

I was just in SF for the first time last week! I will be back soon-love the city!

This I adore. I love how it reminds me of the “This is…” (SF, Paris, NY) Books, but in an updated and modern way. Nice find!

Thanks for posting this! I have these gorgeous, vintage silkscreened prints from S.F. that my parents bought on a cross-country road trip in 1969…cablecars and the golden gate bridge rendered in black and (the ubiquitous) olive green and cornflower blue, respectively.
I should buy this for my new husband and me as a fresh take for our home together! And maybe one for my folks!
