		<description>Made this for this week&#039;s lunches.  Delicious!  I substituted plain yogurt for the 1/2 and 1/2 and it worked out quite well - probably not quite as decadent but certainly more friendly to my waistline!!</description>

		<description>I just made this recipe, and it&#039;s awesome! It&#039;s the closest to a parsnip and pear soup I used to love years ago that I&#039;ve found. Also good with parmesan and pesto, but the sweetness comes out with a dollop of creme fraiche.</description>
