		<description>Hi there.  Kates moved from Bway to Spring and Crosby.  The store isn&#039;t what it used to be, I was just there the other day and stock (stamps, paper, books, etc) seems to have shrunken greatly...which is a huge disappointment!  In NYC I go to The Ink Pad (8th and W. 12th) for stamps...she has a great selection.
