About a month ago my business partner, Rena, and I, went to an advance screening of Helvetica. A movie about a font? I was both excited and a bit dubious. But the film was magical. I was reminded by the film of how much I love Helvetica and the stories behind graphic design and typography. After the film, I went out and bought Helvetica: Homage to a Typeface by Lars Muller, which is equally as stunning as the film. Almost entirely photos of the typeface taken around the world, this book is a must for any font fanatic.
