i’m building a little lace-themed roundup for h&g so i’ve got lace on the mind. normally i’m not someone who’s into frilly, lacey furniture but i’m pretty into these pieces from brocade home. the rest of the catalog is a little baroque and heavy on the damask for me but these piece would be so fun (especially the bench if you reupholstered it in an overstuffed, soft linen to cut back on the detailing). click here for more lace furniture at brocade home.

I’m honestly a little obsessed with Brocade Home. Sometimes it’s “a lot of look” as Tim Gunn might say but they do have some lovely pieces. I covet these nested tables for the holidays:

p.s. I LOVE your site! :)
I usually don’t like lace-y furniture, but that bench is gorgeous!
If anyone is interested in lace, you should check out Sarah Fox’s beautiful lace jewelry at http://www.cursivedesign.com
I have several pieces and they are all amazing.
I like the imprint pattern that a bench like that leaves on bare skin in the summertime.
this is sort of a non-sequitor, but the yellow extension cord behind the bench looks really cool to my eye. not the focal point of the photo, but i kind of love it.
Restoration Hardware had done an incredible job with Brocade. There are too many favorites to list but here are a couple.

lives up to its name!
The way those folks at Brocade Home inspire a lust in me for the ornate…they’re like evil geniuses.
