i love jennifer hill‘s work- her beautiful new 2008 calendar from the ‘places i have never been’ collection is out and available right here for $30. for each piece, jennifer researches different places that she’s never visited and then draws about her imaginary vacations there. each month features a location, a drawing and interesting bits of information about each location. if you’re looking for something more office-y, there’s a desk calendar available right here for $16, too! [thanks, jennifer!]

J. Hill’s work is amazing! And her blog (http://www.placesihaveneverbeen.com/), in which she reveals her sources of inspiration, is a great daily read. -X

One of J.Hill’s calendars is on my desk right now– so colorful and fun…must be checked out! :)
i love jhill’s calendars. reading her blog and seeing images from her sketchbooks only make the final product more intriguing. each image has it’s own story. i’d be interested in a future, sister blog entitled ‘oh the places i’ve been.’ :)
Just checked out her website and Etsy page… Soooo tempting. Just gorgeous.
